Last Summer, I was fortunate enough to capture Rosie & Rhodri’s Highland Farm Wedding. Rosie’s parents farm is a short drive from Inverness in the Scottish Highlands and the whole day was just perfect.
The build up to their wedding wasn’t without drama however. Rosie’s Dad fell from some scaffolding while getting the barn ready for the wedding just a week before. With many broken bones, a wheelchair and a lot of morphine, amazingly he was there to walk Rosie down the aisle and deliver an incredibly emotional speech after dinner.
The whole day was such a joy to photograph as Rosie, Rhodri and their closest friends and family were all involved in making the day what is was. So many personal touches and so much hard work was put in to making this a truly DIY wedding. An incredible day spent with incredibly lovely people.
